Med Ballast (WOOB1381)

Light gray medium ballast shaker for model railroad layouts. This medium-grain ballast helps recreate realistic track ballast and can also be used to model gravel roads. The shaker contains 50 cubic inches of material, making it easy to apply along track beds or in diorama scenes.

Designed to add authentic texture and help secure ties in place, the ballast can be color-mixed for a natural look and used with Scenic Cement for solid adhesion. Available in fine, medium, and coarse textures to match a wide range of scales—from Z to G—so layouts can be tailored to the specific project.
