B1394 Medium Ballast Gray Blend (WOOB1394)

Medium Gray Ballast, Gray Blend is a realistic ballast material for model railroads. It forms the ballast bed under tracks, helping to keep the ties in place and delivering a convincing rail-line look. The gray blend color blends with natural earth tones and can be mixed with other colors to add subtle variation, while it’s also well suited for modeling gravel roads in scenery.

The ballast is available in a shaker containing 50 cubic inches of material, making application quick and controlled. It attaches with Scenic Cement for a durable finish, and the medium grain texture reads well at typical model scales, delivering a lifelike track bed that enhances the overall layout.
