Coarse Light Gray Ballast (WOOB88)

Coarse Light Gray Ballast is a high-quality ballast material for model railroads that forms a realistic ballast bed and helps secure track ties in place. Its coarse grain and light gray color make it versatile for track work, and it’s also suitable for modeling gravel roads. For added realism, it can be blended with other ballast colors, and it installs with Scenic Cement to create a durable, lifelike bed.

Each bag contains 18 cubic inches of ballast. The coarse grain provides a natural finish that reads well at multiple modeling scales, giving tracks a convincing ballast bed without complicated setup.
