Ballast Coarse Gray (WOOB89)

Coarse Gray Ballast is a high-quality ballast material designed to form a realistic ballast bed for model railroad tracks. It helps hold ties in place and provides a convincing foundation for track scenes. The coarse gray tone works well on its own or can be mixed with other ballast colors to add natural variation, and it’s also popular for modeling gravel roads to create authentic texture in dioramas and layouts.

Each bag contains 18 cubic inches of ballast. For best results, apply with Scenic Cement to secure it in place, and blend in different colors to achieve a realistic, multi-toned ballast look.
