Rock Mold (WOOC1230)

Rock Mold for Outcroppings is a flexible, reusable tool for creating natural-looking rock features for dioramas, model landscapes, or railroad layouts. This 5 by 7-inch mold captures fine texture and can be used with casting plaster to form small boulders, rock outcroppings, top rocks for fields and creeks, or entire rock faces. When used with other rock molds, it enables hundreds of unique configurations for varied scenes.

For casting, mix lightweight Hydrocal plaster, pour into the mold, and remove once set. Finish by coloring with Earth Colors Liquid Pigments to achieve authentic tones. The molds are durable and well detailed, designed for repeated use, and their modular nature makes it easy to build diverse rock features by combining multiple molds.
