The River and Waterfall Scenic Kit (also known as the River and Waterfall Learning Kit) is a hands-on project designed to help hobbyists create a realistic river scene with a cascading waterfall for dioramas and model rail layouts.

The kit includes realistic water and water effects, plaster cloth, talus, fine turf, scenic glue, earth-tone liquid pigment, and an applicator, enough to form a 2½-inch by 9-inch river and a 2½-inch by 4-inch waterfall. It comes in a resealable package for easy storage and teaches modelers how to create the illusion of water depth and flowing water, guiding texture and layering to bring the scene to life.
