Two-inch-tall risers from the SubTerrain Lightweight Layout System provide flexible, easy-to-use support for elevated model railroad tracks. Each piece measures 2-1/2 inches wide by 24 inches long and can be bent to form curves on a plywood or foam base.

Installation is straightforward: butt sections tightly, pin in place with foam nails, and secure with low-temperature foam glue or foam tack glue. The SubTerrain system uses high-density foam components that are lightweight and simple to handle, designed for fast, tool-free setup with minimal mess and no prior experience required.
